The Stonecutters Guild

the doors are made easy, I cut them out of the foam doorway, and then glue them back in recessed. Hinges and handles are thin styrene, copper rings, and a bit of vinyl tubing.

The potters shop is a bit further along than the cooper. I wasn’t quite sure where I was going with this one, until someone suggested a potter since the chimney is so large. Originally all I wanted was an octagonal corner on the building. The lower level door will be a shop entrance, the upper being the living space. There will also be a patio type area built onto the upper/ 2nd story.

By request, a couple of shots of some wip’s. This is the coopers shop. It sits right on the city wall, and has a small living space upstairs, with a workshop area below. It’s totally incidental that someone else has set up a small farmhouse on the other side of the wall, outside of the city. Kicking around doing a thatched roof on the farmhouse, never done one before.

Crap picture, but the Ship is under the Balloon now. Just a matter of detailing stuff, lots of riggings, the bow sails, but this is closing in on being finished!

Last night I got the shields up on the hull, giving the ship a bit of color. I also got the crew on deck, which was a big deal for me, it brings the ship to life. I also painted some incantations and blessings on the balloon, hopefully providing some measure of protection to the ship and crew.
